                                              $40.01 to $75.00 - $8.00
                                            $75.01 to $200.00 - $10.00
                                                 over $200.00 - $15.00
International orders are shipped via the Postal Service and are charged the actual cost. International online orders will not show a shipping cost which must be determined when the order is packaged and weighed. A second separate charge must be made for shipping.
