Mayorga coffees consist only of specialty grade Arabica beans, which represent the top 3% of all coffees grown worldwide. In order to ensure consistency and quality, they meticulously select the green coffee beans from the world's leading coffee growing estates.
They delicately roast their coffees in small batches to ensure maximum quality in every roast. Their signature slow roasting method develops the natural characteristics of each bean, while delivering the perfect balance of body and flavor. Immediately after roasting, Mayorga coffees are packaged in heat-sealed foil bags with one-way degassing valves for optimal freshness.

KENYA AA SERENGETI ESTATE
The "AA" grade of Kenyan coffees signifies the highest grade of
beans grown in Kenya. Our Kenya AA is rich and complex and
offers an excellent balance of body, acidity, and flavor. It has
a chocolate-like aroma, and pleasant fruity undertones.
COLOMBIAN SUPREMO
The name "Supremo" indicates Colombia's highest grade of coffees
available. It is characterized by a clean, mildly sweet flavor
with good acidity and light body.
DECAFFEINATED COLOMBIAN
SUPREMO
This is a decaffeinated version of the Colombian Supremo. It
yields a heady aroma and rich, toasty flavors with a smooth,
even finish. Although this coffee is 98% caffeine free, the
flavors in this coffee rival any of the best caffeinated coffees
from around the world.
HONDURAS MARCALA PRINCESA
This Honduran coffee
comes from small fincas (farms) in Marcala, a growing region in
southwest Honduras, which is said to produce the finest coffee
in the country at elevations of 4,500 to 6,000 feet. Clean, with
medium body, Marcala offers the liveliest of the Honduran
Arabicas.
NICARAGUAN LA BASTILLA
ESTATE
Nestled in the precipitous
region of northern Nicaragua, La Bastilla Estate yields more top
grade, "Strictly High Grown" (SHG) beans than in any other part
of the country. The highly fertile, rich volcanic soil, in
conjunction with “wet” processing, results in a pleasant, lucid
coffee with a mild, nutty spiciness. This is a great “all
around” varietal that can be enjoyed by those who prefer milder
coffees, as well as those that like richer, more full-bodied
varietals.
GENUINE COUNTERFEIT CUBAN
This bold, rich blend is a combination of Central and South
America's most flavorful specialty grade coffees. It is roasted
in the true fashion of a Latin espresso - slowly and
meticuloulsy. The higher temperature and the slow roast allows
the sugars and oils of the beans to emerge and create a
wonderful, smoky flavor and deep body.
